Here's another color picking site https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/
Adding HDRIs to my old renders blew my mind at the time.
Split complimentaries are cool too.
Cool 😎 thanks for showing Kent
That's a little more analogous of a color scheme, but it could work.
a red and a deep purple rim may be nice even otugh not complimentary?
Or not a PDF file ....a PSD file
In the CGCookie 2D courses there's a Color Course with a PDF file that contains good tools for choosing complimentary color schemes
nice was also thinking of a sphere for background
:-)
ssmurfmier1985 I think you can use whatever you like :D
ssmurfmier1985 that does make sense to me
QUESTON: can you also use a sphere as a background? in my head that will create a sort of round gradient / vignette but I don't know if thats true though :-p
QUESTION: Sorry if I missed that, what the advantage of the cylinder over just a smoothed plane with beveled edge?
same here
is it a good opertunity to use a shadowcatcher and position a nice rim light to get a nice effect?
Not boring, just learning/watching
Yes watching closely :)
Okay - I just missed it then. ^^
jjakeblended nope, this is Cycles on
