CG Cookie is moving to a new home
(Action required by August 4)
Hey there,
Some news: next month CG Cookie is moving to a new platform. Same courses, same instructors, same community. A better foundation underneath it all so we can build things that weren't possible before.
A few upgrades coming with the move: group learning, course completion certificates, enhanced community features, and live programming. A CG Cookie mobile app is in the works too, arriving later this year.
Your account, and access all carry over. We'll send your new login details closer to launch.
What needs your attention before August 4.
Some things don't make the move, so please save anything you want to keep by then:
Gallery work and past exercise submissions. Download anything you'd like to hang onto, screen shot, right-click-select to copy/paste,
Lesson notes. Move them into your own notes app,
Personal playlists. Jot down any custom learning tracks you've built.
A note on course progress: completed courses will show as completed on the new platform, and courses you haven't started will be waiting for you. But if you're partway through a course, that in-progress status won't carry over and will reset. If you're mid-course, either power through before August 4 or note where you left off.
