Basically I'm trying to get into 3D modeling as a hobby where exactly do I start? If anyone has any Class suggestions please tell me I would appreciate it.
Press start is a great lesson. I would certainly recommend getting a subscription for the more involved content as well. I feel this has helped me a LOT! It’s been about a week now. Granted I have used blender in the past (10+years ago). In the last week I have dedicated at least two to three hours of time for blender and learning. I feel a lot more comfortable with the software than ever before. The instructors are Great and there are a lot of people on here that can help with anything you might be having trouble with. Good luck!!🍀
I totally agree with getting a subscription, but there is free stuff here as well as their youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@cg_cookie
Start with the free basic course to make sure you know the terms and Blenders interface: https://cgcookie.com/courses/blender-basics-an-introduction-to-blender-4-x
Press Start is a Free course on here: https://cgcookie.com/courses/press-start-your-simple-first-blender-project
However If you have a subscription I'd recommend the mesh modeling course first: https://cgcookie.com/courses/core-fundamentals-mesh-modeling
I also prefer the smaller courses of Sessions. Each is roughly 2 hours of video training plus however long it takes you to create your version of it. It is different than the other course in that each chapter is completely self contained, and you can choose which ones you want to do. There are 2 Sessions courses:

The Minimalism's first chapter - Planets is free if you want to check it out: https://cgcookie.com/lessons/planet-introduction
