Something Something Mountain Final

All done in Blender. Added a slight colour adjustment in Photoshop.

Initially started out with me experimenting and practicing sculpting as that's out of my comfort zone. Figured you can't mess up rocks, so...

Added the Raw Render Image for Omar. :)

  • It looks great, but I also think the purplish tint all over the image is a bit much. If your going for another planet with a different atmosphere it would fit, maybe just decrease the purple a bit but don't remove it completely.

Ooohh yeah, I like the tones in the sky that comes through in this new one and in the whole image. I'm going to say one is before humans released a purple laugh gas that spread all over the world, then two years later when it was thinning out. Thanks for trying it out 🤙🏼

That is a great environment, I really like huge landscape renders, when you feel that immensity and that there's a big world in there. The rock formation is great, feels almost like it's lava cooled down that had a downward stream. The tree on top is a nice touch, it's the kinds of things that in a video game you're like oh I have to go there, there's probably a cool item hidden and then you want to see the whole map from up there and possibly jump to see ho long the fall lasts. I think the only nit pick thing would the purplish tint all over the image, for me it feels too saturated with that color, it's not a deal breaker, I just wouldn't mind seeing some nature colors expressed without the tint. But again, just personal taste, it's a great render. Keep on rocking in the free world. 🤟🏼

Thanks a lot Omar! Haha yeah, in a video game you would want to go there and expect some kind of easter egg or hidden chest.
I'll see if I can upload the Render Image without any Post Production Work. Should be a little more natural. Still has a slight Purple Tint because the HDRI is that way, but yeah.

  • It's splendid, the colors and everything are perfect. bravo!
It reminds me of landscapes in Japanese prints.

  • can you put up a thumbnail so your work is displayed in the gallery?

Went into Edit Project but didn't see a Thumbnail option and a Cover Image was already uploaded and selected. Seems to work now though? Maybe just a caching error.
