Blender 2.77, Cycles (200 samples if you must know), Add-ons used: Blender Guru's Grass Essentials (grass, weeds, flowers, and ivy), Blender Guru's Skies Lite (with a separate plane emission shader to add a slight boost to the front of the building), Blender Guru's backdrop trees, Cycles Material Vault (material for the water pump and the rails on the side of the building). Post-processing: Photoshop CS6, Topaz Adjust plugin (perhaps a tad too vigorously). Wood textures from Textures.com.
