Just a scull for a tatto Final

I sculpted this scull for a tattoo.The bumpines on the serfice is done with a simple noise texture and a displacement modifier. Any critique and tips for shading are welcome.

if this could be transferred to a tattoo with this level of detail it would be awesome...
but I don't think natural skin tone will cooperate with it.
