"Exploring an abandoned Gadgetron supply ship, sounded like an easy time. Low risk, and a high possibility of finding a new high ordinance weapon to up their arsenal. When the duo got separated by falling debris and Clank had to explore on his own though, was when the problems arose. As is typical (for some - mostly - bizzare reason) he managed to find some Gadgebots still locked in their sealed glass containers. After smashing them free, he attempted to do what he did best: lead them. There was a problem though. They refused to listen, mostly anyways. After exploring a few crates Clank came to a disastrous conclusion: The ship they were exploring was transporting faulty surplus, and it looked as if they were his only escape..."
This was my submission for Week 2 of the Beginner's class. Had to make the scene much more simple but I did the best with the time frame I had, I got some good ideas for Week 4!

Great job! Love the shading and lighting, you nailed it, it gives the appropriate vibes to the render. Nice composition too :) Just a side note, it often gives the image more impact when the "void" area (in your case, the right side) is on the same side as your main character is looking/going, which in this case would be the left side. Regardless, it looks already very nice, Iäm just wondering how it would look with that taken into account :)
