First project outside courses Final

1 love

I started working on it right after I finished "3D forest environment" course, so you can see I've worked a lot with greenery here.

Couldn't quite figure the lighting situation...

After receiving helpful comment about lighting I went back and did several edits, and wow it looks cute now

  • Great improvement! I don't understand why the bucket handle and spade are low poly when everything else is smooth? Oversight?

Oh my god it looks and feels so much better now, the power of lighting on compositions can't be overestimated. Great work. 🤘🏼

For the lighting, you can totally just have a sun lamp shinning through the window and let the global illumination do its things bouncing light inside and letting what's in shadows be in shadows. Also you can change the settings in the color management tab with the gamma and exposure if you need more light. It's a super nice model, lovely greenery, you can totally spend a bit more trying to figure out the lighting since it's going to make it even more appealing if you nail that down.
