    Hello Rita! How are things?

Hi everybuddy. It is 9:23 pm here in Ireland. Cooking now

  • Jake Korosi(jakeblended)

It's funny how much time he had to devote to pointing out that the remesher isn't a "retopology" tool...that seemed intuitive to me but apparently some people have been disappointed by it

  • Jake Korosi(jakeblended)

Yeah Pablo goes into the technical side of his tools in his presentation, still interesting stuff there

  • Jonathan Lampel(jlampel)

They definitely won't kill off dynamic topology, but I did watch Pablo's presentation and it makes sense that it's slower with a lot of the new brushes and such

  • Jonathan Lampel(jlampel)

I have not seen that one yet, I'll put it on my list!

  • Phil Osterbauer(phoenix4690)

That's pretty interesting; you think if it keeps improving they'll kill dyntopo completely?

  • Jake Korosi(jakeblended)

Apparently sculpting in general but especially the new tools, work much faster with dyntopo disabled.

  • Jake Korosi(jakeblended)

He mentioned during the video that since he started using some of the new tools he only rarely uses dyntopo anymore, and that was really interesting to me

Jonathan did you happen to watch Julien Kaspar's sculpt session from the blender conference?
