Hey guys. I noticed during rendering the empty with image doesnt get rendered. Anyone knows a simple fix?

To the best of my knowledge, an empty can't be 'rendered'.
It can be visible in the viewport when you do a viewport render, but not when you press F12.
If you enable the "images as planes" add-on, which ships with Blender, you can import it as an object (plane) that has real geometry and therefore will render when you press F12.
Enable that and then match the size and location of the empty (and delete it as you no longer need that silly empty anymore)
