Baking issue with silhouettes

Throughout the course I studied the normal baking. But here one problem - details lay down perfect, but angled ledges from main high poly object baked like small transparent shadows (on sides have to be X size forms) and central part have to be inside. Has someone met same issues?

Hi, I'm not sure I entirely understand the question. It looks like perhaps your low poly object doesn't have the edges marked as sharp, because there is some gradient going on. If you would like to upload the file to somewhere like Dropbox I could look at it.

Hi, the archive with prepared scene with active object here: https://yadi.sk/d/3QtJpVO9xSwjmg

There are two objects (high and low poly) and cage.

The mesh is not complicated. In most cases it seems like on pic 2 after baking, but there were much more messy results, especially after on/off subdiv. The face side is N-gon and I triangulated it, but there no much difference.

Hmm, I think it has to do with the Bevel node. Reducing that seems to give a better result:

Funny) In my attempts I reduced the value from 16 to 14 and result has been better ( before that Details and bumps had been like metallic dirty), but in addition I combined the displacement size with subdiv in view mode (not only render settings) and thought that the problem in cage not in material of high poly.

Thanks, Jonathan) You helped me to clarify this moment)

    Great, glad it worked out!
