I'd love to sculpt a fish I drew, but I'd need some advice on this one

    ketre I think that looks like a great image to try. If you are new to sculpting maybe do the shark first by following along and then do your image for the Homework at the end.

    ketre Your fish creature should be very similar to the shark. Fins, teeth, eyes...the antenna is the only unique body part. All that to say that the shark workflow should be quite applicable to your fish :)

    the antenna is the only  part that I was wondering how to do. I was so excited to see this class come out!

    ketre  Maybe do the antenna separately as a different object (also do the same for the lure on the tip). Perhaps like a circle/cylinder cross section and make use of a curve modifier to get the general shape down. You can really have a lot of fun quickly getting that shape with a curve or bezier curve.
