What am I doing wrong with baking textures?

I've been working on a model for the past few weeks, and after hours of fiddling with UV Maps and getting the shading right, I'm having a hard time baking textures to achieve that of the Node based model.

I've created an Imgur album with screenshots of the model, as well as the maps and node tree. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what I am doing wrong? My main concern is that the diffuse colors are faded, particularly that of the decal on the front, and glossiness seems to be... unpredictable?

    Could you post some screenshots of your node setup, please? Both the original node-based material and the baked texture material. I have a feeling this could be Color/Non-Color Data issue but I can't tell from the imgur screeners alone.
