At the end of the video, my parabola is a bit messed up. I think it has to do with the rise side, any suggestions (I've attached a video)?
Also my camera view is very blurry. Not sure if I might have changed something. Any idea why it's so blurry?

The quality in browser is low, but if you download the video it should be original quality.

With the camera, you might have depth of field activated in the camera and it is at the wrong distance. (ie the focus might be set to 10 metres and your chest is 20metres away or something like that)
Try disabling it to see if that is the issue.
As for the arc, that is to do with the timing and the spacing. You need to control the curves but you can't just look at the motion path. Look at the geometry as it is moving too. You can have it rotated further back on frame 41.
