Tried subscribing for 1 year, got the "You're already signed up. Thanks for being awesome!" message and proceeded to the dashboard.
It still say's I'm not a citizen, going to the Membership tab it still lets me choose a plan. The billing history tab is also empty, still seeing the "Upgrade to Citizen" box. Tried paying 5 more times, no different.
Checked my bank account and no amount has been deducted. And yes, I do have enough to pay. I'm from Malaysia, if that matters at all. The bank I'm using is Maybank, tried to pay with a debit card. Also checked the payment limit on my debit card, it's well within the maximum I'm allowed to pay.
Already e-mailed support but they'll only be available on Monday (CST).
Would really love to get it while there's a discount on the 1 year subscription!
