Blender -> Unity - How to manage multiple models

How do you all manage all your models that you import into Unity? For example, I have a fence post, fence rails, gates, sheds, shovels, etc. All small models with low polys and a UV. Do I create one blender file and keep all these little models in there and export individually....or do I create a .blender file for each model?

I keep my models in one blend file and export each as a separate model. This generally works out for my workflow. But it's really up to you how you want to organize them.

Similar to Paul, I like to keep related models in one file. All of my environment props would be in one file, the character would be in another file, and the environment itself in a third file for example.
