It's an awesome name for a sculpting setting. The dinosaurs tend to have dense n-gons in some parts of their body, and few n-gons in others.
Well, I believe it's Dyntopo (not Dino pology), and it's short for Dynamic Topology. Since you can change density in areas only where you sculpt, hence Dynamic..

If it isn't dinopology, then how was the "Dinosaurs" tv show created?
When I use it, makes my sculptures look like dinosaurs.
