Credit Card Use

In the Payment Methods, it says "Select a new payment source, add a new one, or delete existing sources."  I don't see a button that let's me delete the card.   My company is going to purchase a Citizen Yearly subscription, but doesn't want to keep their company card on file.  How do I delete the primary card AND make sure it's not automatically charged again after a year is complete?    My personal card is being used for the Citizen Monthly, and I want to get rid of it so I'm not charged after the month is up.

Thanks

This is a perfect question for the orange chat bubble at the bottom right corner of the browser, that's where you find customer support 😊👍🏻

I agree and would like to use it, however my workplace does not like the orange chat bubble button, and I figured others with the same issue I have would benefit from the answer I receive.

Yes please either use the chat or send us an email at support@cgcookie.com. We can look up your account information and remove the card details from our billing system and ensure you won't be charged.

I didn't delete my card, I just added a new one. But if this is so critical for you, then it’s better to really write a letter to support it. By the way, how do you like the Citizen subscription? I thought about buying it for a long time. I even had to take out a 3000 loan with bad credit just so my team could try it out. I was limited in money but really wanted to launch my project as soon as possible. I was able to find a place where bad credit is not checked, but now I'm not sure if Citizen was worth my effort.
