GTX1080Ti or Radeon Pro Duo 32Gb? I do not know what to choose.

Hello to all. I am trying to assemble a good computer that facilitates me in the rendering phase even of complex scenes. I'm torn between GTX 1080 ti and Radeon Pro Duo 32Gb. Could you give me a suggestion? Now I have a gtx 960 and 6Gb but I have to assemble a new one and I would like to improve the performance. Thanks in advance.

Oh wow I'm impressed by the AMD benchmark results, much better than I expected.

I'm a Radeon fan as it is, but I'm confused - doesn't Blender currently only allow GPU rendering with Nvidia cards?

they use to but last year   they changed it so you can use either now

Before you decide on a GPU, have you looked into the 2.8 Evee render engine or third-party renderers? How are you rendering these complex scenes? Have you divided them into layers at all? Depending on how much rendering you are doing you may want to look into something like sheep-it render farm where you can earn points when your machine would otherwise be idle and then farm it out once you know what you want for output. This usually makes more sense for animating rather than still shots though.
