Whenever I select an object, a number appears next to each vertex of the object. I notice that they go away whenever I deactivate the animation nodes add-on. However, I have had that add-on for a while, and it has not happened before. Why is this happening and how can I make it stop without disabling animation nodes?

I have never seen that, it has to be some sort of add-on thing. I see you have some enabled.

No. Like I said, It disappears whenever I deactivate animation nodes. However, I do not want to deactivate animation nodes.
What you are seeing here is a feature in AN. It looks like you accidently enabled it some time ago.
