Excercise submission issues

It seems to me , that recently, the exercise submission pages have been getting flooded with duplicate submissions and failed sketchfab uploads. The screenshots below show what i'm talking about.

I've said before in the past , that I think that there needs to be clearer guidelines or instructions on how to submit excercises, because I think that it isn't clear enough , so I wanted to flag this issue up as it seems to becoming an even bigger problem. Also , having 20 or more duplicate submissions makes it very difficult for everyone to vote on just one to make sure it passes.....

Also , another thing I would like to bring up, and see what other frequent voters think : I really think that the vote yes and no buttons are far too close together. It is very easy to mis-click the wrong one, and once you do , there is no way to fix it.

Anyways, just something that I thought was worth bringing up :)

Hey Matthew, thanks for reporting! We are aware of the duplicates issue and will get that cleaned up in a way that makes sure that it won't happen again.

We'll be redesigning that page in the future and will definitely take this feedback into account.

Special thanks for helping grade so many exercises, we definitely want to make it as convenient as possible😊

It is my submision you have linked. The reason is because i didnt get any message saying my submision was sucessfully submitted. In stead it said something like "content cant be blank". So i kept submitting it because i thought there ws something wrong.

    Exercises are great :).

I sometimes end up with 2 or 3 similar versions, re-submitted based on feedback and critique (e.g. Animation Bootcamp). Trying to preserve the history for myself. Maybe I should handle this differently? If re-submissions are OK, It would be nice to see a title (or tooltip, or equivalent) to distinguish similar ones.
