Hi! How did you do the shrink with offset edges even? In 2.79b i used to made it with the addon Mesh Offset Edges but now i think it doesnt work in 2.8

I think you're referring to the "inset" tool ("I" hotkey). But can you link me to the specific part of the video so I can be sure? You can easily grab the timestamped URL with the clock icon that displays when hovering over the upper left corner of the video player:
