Best way to move lights

You use the 3d cursor as a point anchor, but What's the best way to move lights between our objects? and what do you recommend to move and rotate lights according to the main object?.

I don't move lights in a special way; no different than I move any other objects...so maybe I don't understand the question. What do you mean "move lights between objects"?

Moving and rotating lights according to the main object is why I use the 3D cursor as a pivot..
