My poligons look sharp because I didn't use the Smooth on the low-poly object. But if I do smoothing, will it influence on the perfomance in a game ? Are there known any other ways to rid of sharp polygons on an object and save the sharp edges on the silhouette of this object but all is without the losing the game perfomance ? I also saw LODs in games when objects on the distance turns low-poly and they seemed to be smooth, so do the Smooth would be quite a good choice for games when you've done the Retopology and are baking maps ?

As far as I know, smooth shading vs flat shading does not affect game performance. There are certain situations where flat shading is preferred to smooth shading. General principle is if it looks good, it is good. But neither affect game performance that we know of.
