Grid snap not working as expected

I set the snap to grid snap and increment, but from some reason it doesn't snap perfectly.

The problem seems fixed if I do not edit the primitives in object mode at all, but only in edit mode. Also it seems like when I edit them in object mode, their sizes don't match up to what they appear proportionally. IE the cube looks like it's 6m tall, but it's still marked as the default 2m.

What am I doing wrong?

Hey Hadas, the grid snapping not lining up is either because it's snapping the object origin and not the vertices (which is to be expected in object mode) or because you need to turn on absolute grid alignment (next to the increment icon).

As for the size, try applying the scale with Ctrl+A. Changing the cube in edit mode won't change the object's scale, but it will change the dimensions, which is shown below the scale in the viewport properties under transform.

    Hope that helps!

Hmm it's happening in edit mode and I do have absolute grid alignment turned on. I seem to be getting to work most of the time though. Weird. Thanks though!
