Hi! I am writing to ask what to do now that I have downloaded the sound file. I am trying to open it in unity but it doesn't show it.

You can drag audio clips into the project panel then preview them by selecting them and playing them in the inspector panel. Make sure it's one of the approved audio clip formats here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-AudioClip.html
