why do you not include key presses to show hotkeys being used in your tutorials and is it the same in all CGcookie blender videos?

In a lot of other blender tutorials i have seen on you tube and else where, most of the time the demonstrator will have key and mouse presses highlighted in the lower right corner of the screen. This i believe is a feature in blender and seems to let people follow what the demonstrator is doing by letting them know what exactly the demonstrator is doing with keyboard and mouse short cuts. Is there a particular reason you don't use this in your videos and is it the same across CGcookie?

thank you for the answer. i was only concerned because i often find myself lost in a tutorial when an instructor start moving fast in intermediate level videos. usually if there are numerous actions taken in a few seconds time period i can be left wondering. what combination of buttons just allowed the instructor to do that?
