05.08.26 -- Deliberate practice
(I am trying to do Deliberate practice for the same time I am doing course to go beyond the tutorial)
Then I am taking from the Drawabox.com message to for every minute studying / deliberate learning to do something for fun, model, cut, loop, build whatever and ignore the result. Creating muscle memory and to enjoy the process and not be focused on the result..

05.11.26 -- Mesh Modeling - Making a soccer ball
Did the mesh modeling chapter on making the soccer ball. it was really good.

Simple Beveled Box, playing with Substance, hand painterly + Stylization tool. A long way to go but figuring stuff out....
05.20.26 -- Continued learning
Still learning, following the course and trying to take advantage of what I learn for the game I am working on. Its okay to be a beginner. Recognize when you have a long way to go... I know I need more time modeling. Practicing good workflows. I have also started a substance tutorial on hand painting and general workflows...
used boolean modifiers and curve modifier for the switch

Tried my hand at animating the switch, works with 12 frames.

and well another attempt at painting and then realizing that you can export per material so you could paint each material (switch, plate, and bolts) ... which would make it easier. (still haven't taken the materials course yet...)
