Talk more slowly, there is a lot of information and multiple buttons/options to touch. Trying to make things along is really hard due the speed. Having to change speed to 0.75x or 0.50x plus multiple pauses is not such a good experience (Robotic voice). The content is great, that's just my 2 cents.

I usually watch courses two times exactly because there's a lot of information to be retained when it comes to these 3D software's. I watch them once as a movie, just chill and paying attention and then when it's over I go back to the start and watch it again only this time is with hands on and following along. It's takes more time like that but it's a great approach to things sticking in your head. In Blender there is too much information, you have to practice a lot.

It's impossible to get the pace right for everybody, but, as you'll probably have to watch Lessons more than once anyway, it's better if it's too fast, than when it's too slow.

There are also subtitles that might help; often also available in other languages, than English:
