Per the title, are there any recommended places online that anyone can suggest to find models to continue practising rigging?
I tried googling it and got overwhelmed with options and I'm not sure where to start.
I have also looked on blender studio's website. There are plenty of choices there, but it appears they are pre-rigged? Does anyone know if this is the case when DL'ing them?
Considering I only intend to use them for the purpose of practising, I'd prefer to find a selection of free models (I've just purchased a new office chair to sustain the long hours I find myself working in Blender lol, so I've spent all my pocket money for a wee while).
Cheers!
I guess you could use some of the characters from the download section? If they already come rigged, you could delete it and start fresh. And you would have it rigged in case you want to cheat and see how something was approached.
Blendswap.com is my go to. They have both rigged and unrigged characters. As for blender studio those are already rigged using their autorig system called cloud rig. You can install it thru extension. In older version of Blender it is a plug-in for rigify and needs to be installed thru rigify addon. Note: I don't think you need cloud rig to work with their characters. I only mentioned it in case you want to practice using the auto rigging tool.
