Hi, Normals is not showing in data properties for me. Am I missing something?

You are using a different Blender Version than used in this Course.
Things are constantly changing and the Auto Smooth is now handled by a Modifier: Smooth By Angle.
If you go to Object > Shade Auto Smooth in 4.2+, the Modifier will be added automatically.
