Subscribe error

I wanted to renew my subscription but i keep getting this error on checkout:

"500 Error
Blargh, appears to be a glitch

Apologies, it appears we didn't charge the batteries on the compressor. Please try refreshing the page, or pressing the back button in your browser."


Fresh installed windows, firefox browser.

Any idea?

    Could be a cookie overload or a browser cache issue.
    Clear those and try again.
    Also try another browser, firefox does seem to be the one most people have issues with.
    make sure any firewall is not blocking any attempts to communicate.

    Sometimes too many attempts or for an unknown reason your IP could get blocked.

    If no luck, hit the help button or email support@cgcookie.com and the team will help get it sorted.

    Hey there, apologies for the trouble. For some reason, the checkout side of CGC is broken. Likely somebody tripped over a server chord. :) j/k but as soon as it's back up and running will update everyone here!
