I've considered writing this note more times than I can count;
Every time I attempt to scrub through a CGCookie video on my desktop, I cannot release the scrubbing button. This isn't an issue on any other platform. It is a constant irritation.
Rewatching a part of a video is standard fare for learning sites. Not having standard control over grabbing and releasing the handle is a real downgrade on the user experience.
I've taken to watch videos on my iPad or phone; small screens, where it is more difficult to discern what maneuvers are occurring during the instruction. Nathan often makes hard turns or flits on/off regions of the screen, highlighting the issue more than other courses.
However, it is has been an issue since my first day as a subscriber.
However, I cannot reproduce it, scrubbing works fine on my end, I do it all the time.
I am on a Desktop and using Firefox on Linux and I just tried it on Google Chrome and it works fine there as well...

Works fine for me as well. Switching to a different browser usually works for dealing with such problems or clearing the cache is another good one. If not you could get in contact with support@cgcookie.com.
