Not really, you're progressing good. You're going to make her a hot lady dwarf from the looks of it, every bearded gentlemen under the mountain will be trying to make her their wife.
One thing though, don't be afraid to mess up, you're probably not going to make it in one go, you are going to make mistakes, you may have to start things over, because it's always faster to start over than to fix a mess. Try going with the flow, don't linger too much on a tiny part that you feel it has to be perfect, try not making a thousand revisions. Try working by stages, do your block out, then refine phase 1, then refine phase 2, detailing phase 1, detailing phase 2, retopo, finalize phase 1, finalize phase 2, etc, etc. It is so easy to stay stuck trying to perfect the left finger nail and neglect the character as a whole. So again, have confidence but also leave room for defeat, just to avoid getting frustrated, then start over when needed. Also save incrementally, even if you end up having 100 blend files.
