I was wondering if you could recommend a course or tutorial on 2D character animation with lip syncing using Grease Pencil. Also, do you have any plans on providing such a course? :)

We do have a couple of old courses, create-rigged-grease-pencil-animations-in-blender and demystifying-lip-sync-animation-in-blender, you maybe interested in.
I don't believe there is a current plan for updating these, Paul (Grease Pencil Pro) and Wayne (Animation Guru) are both looked in a room deep into development of new courses at the moment.
One day in the future though a new Grease Pencil Animation course could well be considered.
The good news is, yes, Paul is going to publish very soon a course on all about Grease Pencil and it includes a couple of chapters of animation. So stay tuned, I believe it drops early March.

Hi ddeepakj - I will be touching on animation tools found specifically in Grease Pencil, yes. The course is called "Draw!" and will be dropping in March. However I am not an animator myself, Wayne takes care of all things animation. Lip-synching won't be a specific part of this upcoming course. The above suggestions are probably a good starting point, and something I might talk to the others about updating this year.
