Bevel tool.

Can i ask why now used the "destructive" bevel instead of Modified bevel? when / which / why ?

    Hi Csüllög,

    There are no rules....

but I, for instance, tend to make large shape-defining Bevels destructive (it is faster and I think that I won't be changing them later on) and smaller Bevels, that are really important for how the light plays with edges, which is something I might want to change later, when I am in the Shading/Lighting phase, I tend to do with the Bevel Modifier. And sometimes I make a mistake and make destructive Bevels, where it would have been better to use the Modifier.

You'll get a feeling for when to use what during your modeling journey; each time you use the wrong one, you'll suffer a bit later on and will be less likely to make that 'mistake' again.

Yes as Martin says, there is no right or wrong, you can go either way, it's just a preference or whatever is convenient depending on the situation. You just have to try it out a lot, practice a lot and the intuition for when to use which will start to come naturally to you.
