Procedural Crowds Add-on installation issue

Question

Has anyone heard of Procedural crowds add-on for Blender and know how to properly install it? I've watched different versions of tutorials for it and I'm having trouble installing it? I really need help with it because it's for this music video I am working on. Many thanks!

I have never used that addon, but in Blender Market, you can shoot an email to the developer and he'll gladly help a customer.

Looking at the tutorial, it installs just like usually.

Are you sure you haven't Unzipped the File, because your File doesn't look like a .zip file...

Installing an Addon in Blender is done with the .zip file.
