In Edit Mode Model's Details Doesn't Change

Not quite sure what you mean by "there is default model stands on"

Can you give a bit more detail to the issue...
Are you in rendered preview mode?
How dense is the model? meaning how many vertices are there.
Are there any modifiers on the model?
What are your system hardware specifications? GPU, CPU, RAM.
