my vertices are tweaking man!

i had to restart over so im at the point of using my knife to make the face and this keeps happening pls help

Solution

It's been a while since I've done this tutorial, but I suspect what is happening is that you're cutting along the back edge of the console, then you pull the whole face for the cartridge slot back.

I could be mistaken, but I suspect what you should be doing is pressing e to extrude. That will give you a perfectly square cartridge slot, then you'll need to slide the diagonal edge down.
