WIP morning architecture

Polybooks

Hey guys, I've been busy with the preparation of a contest for an architect office.  The theme is morning.  I'm currently starting to give more detail to each of the elements I want to use in the composition but before loosing too much time, would love some feedback on this:

I need to add a second and third particle system in the grass to get flowers and leavesto make it less dull.  Behind the treeline, there needs to be a small village and I need to work on the textures.

Happy to get some tips from you guys

cheers

    Hello Sébastien,

there are a few things that come to mind:

    - usually buildings in architectural visualisations have perfectly straight vertical edges, like in architectural photograpgy (I'm not sure how to correct the camera in Blender, but you can do it in Photoshop at the end, or maybe there is a plugin)

    - it appears that the sunlight is coming from behind the camera, but the sky shows the sun rising behind the building

    - the lighting is very important for setting the morning mood, with a warm orangy light from the sun and interior lights and cold purpleish shadows, here are some examples that maybe can help you. Also I believe low fog to be important for the morning mood.

Thx so much for your feedback  nnemernick !

super nice resources and you were right about the perspective!  You can do it using tilt shift in the camera settings (Y axis) but then your x axis should be completely straight otherwis it doesn't work :)

I also fixed the sky, the sun is positioned right, but the clouds were picking up too much of it radiating it back giving the impression the sun was behind the house.

Continuing to tweak, add, remove and play with the textures and will keep the updates coming :)

    enjoy sunday!
