Since you moved to mavenseed I am not able to watch tutorials from the website. My subscription should be working until october but somehow it says that I‘m not a member.
But I paid for it and now abd 2 days passed where I couldnt watch any cg cookie tutorials.
I wrote the support an email but he didnt answer.
Pls help

That is strange, I see your subscription is in good standing and should have access through October. I did just make one adjustment to the status to see if that helps give it a kick. Let me know if that did the trick.
I know it's a bit cliche, but could you also please try logging in from another web browser to see if you have the same behavior? Or if you see anything different from accessing http://cgcookie.mavenseed.com vs http://cgcookie.com
Could you please reforward your email to support and mention this thread. Searching our support@cgcookie.com inbox I didn't see anything from your email address here.
