Can't upload image for Exercise 413 Request Entity Too Large

After the site upgrade, one of my images for an exercise submission vanished. I have tried re-uploading it but now get the following. And before you say I need to optimize the image I re-downloaded the image from the CGCookie website in my progress feed to reupload. So it's not the image file.

Hey there, this is likely due to the new file size limitations of images. They must be under 5MB. We're discussing developing our own image processing so you don't have to worry about it.

In the meantime, I've had luck using https://tinypng.com/ to compress images quickly. Let me know if that helps!

Hey J, as an option try saving your render image as a jpeg rather than png, the file size is much smaller usually.

So the image file size is 2.927MB so well under the 5MB limit. The image is "Lighting Challange - Attempt 2" in THIS post. So it's not the image file size. It's the backend architecture that is broken. You need to investigate what's broken with your nginx server set up and build in exception and error handling to your site design so I as the customer get a human-readable description of the problem and not a full page 413 error page.

BTW, I just tested, and even when I try to re-submit the exercise with no new image attached I still get this same error page.  The Submission I am trying to edit is https://cgcookie.com/dashboard/submission/17631

Also, none of the instructor comments from my old exercise submissions have come over they are all gone now.
