Polybook - mrsefs (Kathy)

Here is my first post (per the lesson) and I realize there is so much to learn, but it's a start!

I'm not sure (lost a few brain cells with all this training) if this is where I'm supposed to add my Sci Fi Crate, but here it is.

I am not sure I'm doing things right.  However, I have learned a lot (and gained more grey hair) with the low-poly exercise.  I just read that there should be 50 items in the room.  I don't feel I know enough to do more than what I just did.  Trust me, this took hours.  I am thinking that learning 3D modeling is like skiing.  You quickly realize not all "beginner" slopes are created equal.  I think I may have needed a "pre beginner" class.  Any feedback is welcome.  Thanks!

looks nice,  you're doing great.  There are a lot of low poly things you could add.  Try some dishes on the table, a chair to sit at and fill in some of the cubes. with stuff, books, boxes, kids toys.   Part of the challenge is looking at something and seeing how to make it low poly and realizing it won't look exactly like the real thing.

I will continue to add to it.  When I posted it I felt pretty overwhelmed, but I am starting to understand and find my way around a bit easier, so I will challenge myself to make new items.  Thanks for the note.
