And I must say, your course looks and feels great (for absolute beginners - including myself since i've been away from that shiny revamped Blender 2.8+ GUI for a while ). I hope that - in the New Year (2022) - more CGCOOKIE content providers will start at (same) "The Absolute Basics" level of their own - soon to be published - courses / expertizes they choose to teach here at this awesome CGCOOKIE community.
WHY (you might ask)?
No matter how "great" everyone ('s ego) "thinks they are NOW", All - and I repeat all - online courseware / content providers on the entire Planet somehow collectively seem to have forgotten HOW THEY THEMSELVES once STARTED a long long ago... ...Yes that is right.. They too had to start as "noobs" at the absolute basics themselves. Harsh but very true, kind of an indeniable fact of life :-).
So thank you again Jonathan - for being that unique CGCOOKIE crew-member who indirectly helps other crewmembers remembering this very basic fact and for continue to assist the entire global Blender newcomer community members, to BE ABLE to start at the - by yourself - very wel explained BASICS.
FINAL WORDS:
Keep pushing that "Basics envelope" since it IS the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT of "everything Blender"
and I hope that your bright and unique courses will inspire everyone here (and hopefully elsewhere on the Planet too) to start teaching from the basics as well.
