I found an amazing how-to on envato that helped me approach the sketching process from a different view; after I read over the text, I could not help but think how fun it would be to recreate earth's z-fighters as cartoons! So, here is the result, and I am very happy with how they turned out, so I will be moving forward to the coloring process with this piece.
