I sketch on the sculpt system the concept art and then I made the retopo with Bsurface, after retopo I unwrapped the Uvs and painted on PS and for the final process, I made the 3 point light with spot light and full global illumination and the Render process with beauty pass and Ambient Occlusion pass mixed on PS.
