Photoshop CS5 – Wacom Intuos 4 Large.
It started out as a throwaway but I ended up cleaning it up quite a lot. Oh wells!
I wasn't too keen on the finish of the Magician one because it lacked something interesting, and the anatomy was weird. While I don't think it's great in this one, I think it's better.
As well as going for a different angle, I wanted to try suggesting more of a backstory in this and try to steer a little clear of the Dark Elf stereotype created by WoW, borrowing small aspects from that stereotype and incorporate a little bit of the fairy idea.
I think overall I played it quite safe and just focused more on seeing it completed. What do you think?
