I didn't want to just model a scarecrow, I wanted an image that had an overall dark mood to it. I did use some inspiration in coming up with the idea, so I hope that doesn't disqualify me. You can see the original image here:

Everything in the image was actually modeled and rendered in blender. The only post-pro is the background.
