Done in 2.71. The inspiration was a homework photo in Andrew Price's Architecture Academy, but with a few tweaks of my own.
The textures are from CG textures. The wall artwork and outside image are from DeviantArt. The outside image is from stock-d4dqmat, the cityscape is from stickfishies-stock, and the abstract is mine, done in GIMP, All were useable with credit given. The sepia photo is from Wikimedia Commons as public domain photo.
