I use this book on my own web site to represent the SEO service I supply.
Rendered with Blender/Cycles 2.67. Output is in the PNG format because of the use of the transparency.
The surface of the book itself has a displace modifier to alter the flatness of the cover. But I didn't want to make the result photo-realistic.
